Profile Image Settings

By default, TE Recruit allows users to upload Profile Images for People and Company records. People Profile Images can be collected via the Browser Extension as well. This can help put a face to a name on People records, and logos for Companies.

If you prefer not to allow the collection, upload, and display of Profile Images in TE Recruit, this functionality can be disabled per record type.

Please note that only the Main Contact on your account has the ability to set Profile Image settings.

To update your agency’s Profile Image settings:

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon 
  • Click to expand the My Agency section and then select Profile Image Settings

  • From the Profile Image Settings page, use the toggles to Enable or Disable the collection and display of profile images for each record type
    • Disabling People Profile Images stops those from being added via the Browser Extension and via image (attachment) upload
    • Disabling Company Profile Images stops them from being added via image (attachment) upload
