Edit an Existing Email Signature
Email Signatures can be created and customized in TE Recruit to quickly populate on your outgoing email messages. Changes can be made to existing Email Signatures at any time.

To edit an existing Email Signature:
- Navigate to Email in the Main Navigation Bar
- Click the Manage Signatures link in the bottom left corner of the page
Note: you can also access the Manage Email Signatures page through Settings in the Sidebar
- From the Manage Signatures page, select the corresponding signature you wish to edit from the Choose A Signature drop-down
- Make sure that the correct user is selected in the first Choose A User drop down. This should always default to you.
- The Signature Name and details will populate below
- Make any necessary edits and click the Save button when complete
