Pinning a Record
Top Echelon Recruiting Software gives you the ability to Pin records for quick and easy access in the future. Think of Pinning a record as marking it as a favorite or a bookmark.
For example, you may want to pin your assigned Job Order records, or records of Candidates/Contacts that you are actively working with.
Pinned records are user-specific and can always be accessed through the Sidebar.
To pin a record:
- Navigate to the corresponding Datasheet of the record you wish to pin
- Click on the Unpinned icon to the right of the record tabs
- You’ll notice that the icon changes to designate the that the record is now Pinned
To view all of your Pinned records:
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the page and click on the Pinned icon
- To remove a record from your Pinned list, click the Unpin icon to the right of the corresponding record details
