Searching Within a Hotlist

Searching within a Hotlist will allow you to quickly get your hands on a specific group of records within that list. This functionality allows you to further drill down or narrow your Hotlist based on specific criteria.

To search within a Hotlist:

• Navigate to the corresponding Dashboard in the Main Navigation Bar
  • For this example, we’ll run a search within a People Hotlist
• Click on the Advanced link to the right of the search bar

• Locate the Hotlist card and enter the name of the list(s) you wish to search within, click the link to Select from List

• Enter your additional keywords and/or criteria to narrow the results
• Click the Run Search button in the bottom left corner of the page when complete
