Requesting A Backup Of Your Database

A SQL backup of your Top Echelon Recruiting Software database can be requested within the Settings section of the Sidebar. The ability to request and download backups is restricted to only those users that have access to the Data Backup Panel. Agencies on the Premium tier can request a backup once every 7 days. Agencies on the Standard Tier can request one backup per month.

There are three different types of backups available to download:

  • Full Backup – includes data and attached files
  • Data Only Backup – includes field data only (no attachments)
  • Files – includes attached files only (no field data)

Please note that backups may take up to 24 hours to be created and once generated, they will remain available for download for 7 days. After 7 days the backup will be deleted. Only one backup can be requested at a time.
