Checking Your Database Size

Each TE Recruit account includes an allotment of storage space, depending on your plan:

  • Professional Tier: 100 GB
  • Standard Tier: 10 GB

If your account exceeds your allotted disk space usage, it will be automatically allotted additional disk space in increments of 100 GB for Professional plans or 10 GB for Standard plans. Each increment will incur a fee of $10 per month.

Note: The ability to view your firm’s disk space usage is restricted to only those users that have permission to manage billing

Viewing Your Current Disk Space Usage

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon 
  • Click to expand the Billing section and then select Overview


  • Locate the TE Recruit section on the left side of the page
  • You'll find the current size of your database located in the Data Usage card
