Managing User Sessions

Those with user management permissions have access to view and manage other user sessions on both an individual and aggregate level. This allows you to review each user’s active session details, including the last time they were active and the ability to revoke sessions at any time.

User sessions can be viewed on an individual basis from a corresponding User Profile, or on an aggregate agency level from the Manage User Sessions page within the Sidebar.

Sessions are browser window and computer-specific. Therefore, you may see multiple sessions for a user that has the database open in multiple browsers or devices.

To view an individual user’s active sessions:

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
  • Click to expand the My Agency section and then select Manage Users

  • All users on the account will populate on the left side of the Manage Users page
  • Click on the edit icon to the right of the user you wish to see active sessions for

  • On the right side of the page, you’ll see all active sessions listed for the user, along with the corresponding details and ability to revoke the session
    • Please note that clicking the Revoke button will end that user’s session immediately

To view active sessions for all users:

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
  • Click to expand the My Agency section and then select Manage User Sessions

  • This page will display the last 30 days worth of login sessions for all active users by default, but you can narrow down using the filter in the top right
    • Click the Apply Filters button after making your selections

  • Clicking on the arrow to the right of a session entry will expand to display more details including the date stamps, estimated active time and session information
