(BETA) New! Indeed Job Feed

Top Echelon Recruiting Software is pursuing a new, improved Partnership with Indeed that will revolutionize the way you use both products! Once the Beta/approval period begins, we will send Indeed a feed that includes all Jobs advertised on any Agency’s Job Board or Careers Page in Top Echelon.
Importantly, your inclusion in this feed will not incur any fees from either Indeed or Top Echelon. Users with the Manage Job Posting permission set to Yes will also have the ability to opt-out of this feed on behalf of each Agency, if desired.
During the Beta/approval period, no jobs will be published on Indeed or appear in any Indeed search results. Once the Beta/approval period has ended, this feature will automatically deliver your advertised jobs to Indeed, where you will be able to sponsor jobs and receive candidates directly into your job’s Pipeline within Top Echelon Recruiting Software.
Note: The ability to configure your Indeed integration is restricted to only users with the proper permissions.
Configuring Your Indeed Integration
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Addons & Integrations section and then select Manage Job Posting
- In the Indeed - New! section, click the toggle to make your selection
- Yes = All of your Agency's advertised jobs will be added to the feed sent to Indeed
- No = None of your Agency's advertised jobs will be added to the feed sent to Indeed
- Coming soon: You will find additional toggles to Enable/Disable more Indeed features that we’re excited to announce!
For the time being, no additional action on your part is required, simply keep your advertised jobs up to date, or opt-out if you don’t wish to participate, and we will update the new feed to Indeed accordingly.
