New User Interface: Ongoing Changelog
The transition to the new TE Recruit and TE Network interface is now complete. The legacy user interface has officially been retired and all accounts have been moved to the new and improved experience.
We're excited for you to explore our new interface, built with your feedback to enhance efficiency and usability. This update marks a major step forward, but we remain committed to ongoing improvements to ensure the best possible experience. Your input has been invaluable, and we will continue to refine and enhance the platform to meet your business needs.

What adjustments, bugs, and quick fixes have already been addressed?
- Added visual contrast to better highlight selected Tags within the corresponding modal
- Hide/show buttons have been added for the calendar and filters on the Planner in mobile view, providing more space to display and view activities in the table below
- The Planner is now back in the main navigation bar on mobile for easier access
- Updated the highlight color in tables to yellow for better visibility
- Resolved overlapping text issues in autocomplete dropdowns for tags, codes, and work history entries
- Profile images have been restored within TE Recruit's mobile experience
- The Quick Find box is now always visible, regardless of screen size, to enhance support for split-screen workflows and usability on smaller devices
- Hide/Show Search button has been added to the top right corner of People, Company, and Job Dashboards, as well as Search Result pages, enabling more flexibility and space for viewing important table information and improving split-screen workflows
- New UI styles have been applied to People, Company, and Job Hotlists
- We’ve rolled out initial improvements to the mobile experience in TE Recruit's new user interface, focusing on navigation and core features like records and emails to enhance responsiveness and usability
- Launched the redesigned TE Network interface, bringing a fresh new look and improved user experience
- Restored functionality to open the Main Dashboard in a new tab from the main navigation bar
- Restored functionality to open People, Company, and Job Hotlists in a new tab from the Sidebar
- You can now customize your software theme to further personalize your workspace and experience. Choose from three curated color palettes to find the look that suits your personal preference.
- New UI styles have been applied to modals
- The main dashboard has been updated to enable full-page scrolling. This improves usability by eliminating issues with individual scrolling widgets and allows the pipeline summary widget to expand fully when loading more data, so you can view additional results without being confined to a small scrolling area.
- Differentiating icons were added to People, Company, and Job chiclets in Activities and the Planner, making it easier to quickly scan and identify related record types at a glance
- Updated email compose window and panes with improved spacing and subtle design adjustments for improved usability
- Scrollbars were reintroduced to enhance accessibility and improve navigation
- Redesigned search result pages to allow more results to appear on screen
- Adjustments to spacing and expanded horizontal working space in the Planner
- Redesigned Job Actions card on Job Datasheets for more effective use of space
- Network Job Alert links have been restored
- Added visual markers to Attachments to easily identify the current resume and profile image
- Activity details, related records, and timestamps are now displayed on Network Activities
- Updated login and password reset page designs
- Updates to the Top Candidate Source widget:
- Added more color variation to the graph for improved readability
- Added a new legend to the widget, making it easier to quickly understand what each slice represents
- The Pipelines card layout has been optimized for better space utilization, ensuring that all stages are fully visible
- Memo field on People, Company, and Job Datasheets has been reduced in size and the color has been adjusted for increased visibility
- An additional iteration of color and spacing refinements includes highlights such as:
- Card spacing has been improved to prevent field names from wrapping
- Subtle alternating row striping has been added to lists for increased readability
- Datasheet card borders are now darker to allow for a cleaner appearance
- Restored functionality to open Job Datasheets in a new tab directly from the Jobs Dashboard
- Addressed areas of overlapping text:

- People, Company, and Job Datasheet layouts - you can now have more than 2 columns of cards on larger resolutions
- Search button on the Company Dashboard is functional again
- An initial iteration of changes has gone out to address some spacing concerns. A couple of more obvious adjustments include:
- Navigation bar has been made smaller
- More real estate for data on records, such as the horizontal working space for Pipelines
- Activity details and timestamps are now displayed on People Datasheets
- Record names are now click-able in chiclet hover states
- Additional Planner views (week, month, overdue) have returned
- Hidden buttons in the Right Side Panel have been corrected
- Pipeline Summary widget updates:
- Columns are now sortable
- A bug in Inbox Stage counts has been corrected
- Ability to drag Activity modals has been restored
- Missing Resume card has been returned to the bottom of People Datasheets
