Deleting or Deactivating a Sequence

You can Delete or Deactivate a Sequence to keep your workspace organized and your list of Sequences manageable. Both actions will immediately stop any records currently progressing through the Sequence.

• Delete a Sequence to permanently remove it from your database when it is no longer needed.
• Deactivate a Sequence to prevent new records from being enrolled, while keeping it available for future use. This can be helpful if you'd like to save the Sequence as a reference or as a template to Duplicate and build new Sequences in the future.

To Delete a Sequence:

• Navigate to the corresponding Sequence
• Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the top right of the page, to the right of the Edit button

• Select Delete from the menu

• When prompted, click the Delete button to confirm the action
  • Note: Confirming this action will delete any Open Activities that were created by the Sequence and related to the enrolled records

To Deactivate a Sequence:

• Navigate to the corresponding Sequence
• Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the top right of the page, to the right of the Edit button

• Select Deactivate from the menu

• When prompted, click the Confirm button to save your changes
  • Note: Confirming this action will delete any Open Activities that were created by the Sequence and related to the enrolled records

To Activate a Sequence:

• Navigate to the corresponding Sequence
• Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the top right of the page, to the right of the Edit button

• Select Activate from the menu
  • Note: Previously enrolled records will not resume progress automatically and must be re-enrolled from the beginning after the Sequence has been reactivated
