Importing Previous RingCentral History

With TE Recruit's RingCentral integration, you can make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, access voicemail, and receive missed call notifications without leaving the software.

For cases where phone or text message correspondence has taken place prior to integrating your account, an Import RingCentral History option is available on People and Company Datasheets. This allows you to manually import call history and text messages from your connected RingCentral account within the past 90 days, helping ensure a more complete communication history.

To import previous RingCentral history:

• Navigate to the corresponding Person or Company Datasheet
• Click to expand the record options menu in the top right corner of the page
• Select Import RingCentral History

• A slide out message in the bottom left corner will confirm that the import is in progress
  • You are welcome to leave the page at this time

• You'll receive a new Notification when the import has finished
