Removing Records from a Hotlist

Hotlists give you quick and easy access to custom lists of People, Company, or Job records. Records can be added to or removed from a Hotlist at any time from the Hotlist itself, or from a record’s Datasheet.

To remove records from a Hotlist:

  • Navigate to the corresponding Hotlist from the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software
  • Check the boxes to the left of the records you wish to remove

  • Click to expand the Action menu at the top of the list and select Remove From Hotlist


To remove a record from a Hotlist from their Datasheet:

  • Navigate to the corresponding Person, Company, or Job Datasheet
  • In the Hotlists card, hover your cursor over the Remove from Hotlist button for the corresponding Hotlist

  • If you have a large number of Hotlists, you may want to click the Edit button in the top right to locate the correct list

  • Click the Confirm button to save the changes
