Moving Planner Activities to a Different Day

The Planner allows you to keep track of your Activities and see what you need to do within a specified time frame. The Planner also allows you to reschedule or move Activities to a different day in an individual or mass format.

To move Activities to a different day within the Planner:

• Use the checkboxes to the left of each Activity to select the appropriate entries

• Click to the action icon at the top of the Planner and select Move to a Different Day

• Within the Move Activities window, select the day you wish to move the selected Activities to by using the text box at the top (MM/DD/YYYY), or the calendar in the middle
  • Please note that completed activities will not be moved
• Click the Move button when complete
