Changing the Status of a Job

Keep your Jobs Dashboard clean and up-to-date by updating your Job statuses when the position is no longer open.

When changing the status of a Job Order, you can choose from the following: Active Contract, Filled, Closed, Cancelled, or On Hold.

To update a Job Order status:

  • Navigate to the corresponding Job’s Datasheet
  • Locate the General card and click the pencil icon to inline edit the Status field

  • Click to open the Status drop-down menu
  • Select the appropriate status from the list and click the Save button when complete
