Cancel Your Service
If you would like to cancel your TE Recruit, TE Network Membership, or Website Hosting service, please send an email confirmation to Support@TopEchelon.com with your request.
This email must come from either the Main Contact or the credit card holder on the account.
A Top Echelon representative will reach out to you to confirm the cancellation.
Cancellations for Top Echelon Job Posting subscriptions can be handled directly within TE Recruit.
Cancellations for this service are restricted to uses who have permission to manage your firm’s Job Posting subscription.
To cancel a Top Echelon Job Posting subscription:
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Addons & Integrations section and then select Manage Job Posting
Click the red Cancel Subscription link
- Click the Confirm button when prompted if you are sure that you want to cancel your Job Posting subscription
- Your subscription will remain active through the end of your paid through date for this service
