Cancel Your Service
If you've decided to end your service, this article will walk you through the steps to cancel your account. We hate to see you go and appreciate the time you’ve spent with us.
TE Recruit and TE Network cancellations can only be submitted by the Main Contact on the account.

Canceling a TE Recruit Subscription
TE Recruit subscriptions can be canceled directly within the software by the agency's Main Contact.
To cancel a TE Recruit subscription:
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Billing section and then select Overview
- Locate the TE Recruit card and click the red Cancel Subscription link in the top right corner
- Choose whether you’d like your subscription to end immediately or at your next renewal:
- Immediately: Your account will be closed as soon as you confirm. You and all other users will lose access right away.
- On Next Renewal: Your account will remain active until the end of your current paid-through date, with no further charges after that.
All monthly and annual subscription charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to cancel immediately or allow your account to remain active through the end of your current billing period. We recommend reviewing your billing cycle before confirming any cancellation. For more details, please see our Terms and Conditions.
- Select a cancellation reason from the corresponding drop-down, and if you're willing, use the text box to share any additional feedback
- Your input is greatly appreciated and helps us improve moving forward
- Click the Confirm Cancellation button when complete
Canceling TE Network Membership
TE Network membership subscriptions can be canceled directly within the software by the agency's Main Contact.
To cancel a TE Network membership subscription:
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Billing section and then select Overview
- Locate the TE Network Membership card and click the red Cancel Membership link in the top right corner
- Choose whether you’d like your subscription to end immediately or at your next renewal:
- Immediately: Your account will be closed as soon as you confirm. You and all other users will lose access right away.
- On Next Renewal: Your account will remain active until the end of your current paid-through date, with no further charges after that.

Canceling a TE Recruit Job Posting Subscription
Cancellations for Top Echelon Job Posting subscriptions can be handled directly within TE Recruit.
Cancellations for this service are restricted to uses who have permission to manage your firm’s Job Posting subscription.
To cancel a Top Echelon Job Posting subscription:
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Addons & Integrations section and then select Manage Job Posting
- Locate the TE Recruit Job Posting Tool section, and click the red Cancel Subscription link in the bottom right corner
- Click the Confirm button to finalize your selection
- Your subscription will remain active through the end of your paid through date for this service
Canceling Website Hosting
To cancel your Website Hosting service, please email your request to support@topechelon.com.
The cancellation request must come from either the Main Contact or the credit card holder on the account.
A member of the Top Echelon team will follow up to confirm and complete the cancellation.
