Main Contact

Each TE Recruit and TE Network account has one Main Contact….so what does that mean?

  • The Main Contact has the rights to the data and is the ultimate decision-maker with regard to your account
    • This includes activating or canceling your subscription(s)
  • The Main Contact will always have the ability to manage billing
  • The Main Contact will always have the ability to manage additional users on the account
    • This includes the ability to add or deactivate users, and the ability to edit other users' settings
  • The Main Contact’s profile and permissions cannot be edited by any other user on the account (even those that have permission to manage users)
