Viewing the Current Pipelines for a Record

A Pipeline is a list of candidates that are linked to a specific job order. The pipeline enables a recruiter to quickly see who is being considered for the position and where they stand in the placement process. A record can be a part of multiple Pipelines.

To view the Pipelines that a record is currently in:

• Navigate to the corresponding Person’s Datasheet
• Locate the Pipelines card to review the Pipelines that this record is currently connected to
  • You can also see the status (stage) of this person for each corresponding job order within the card as well

• Move the record to a different stage within the current Pipeline by using the stage icons to the right of each job title, or add the record to a new Pipeline by clicking the plus sign icon in the top right corner of the card
