Emailing a Candidate or Contact
TE Recruit’s emailer allows you to send outgoing emails right from the database. You can send these emails individually (standard) or in a mass format.
TE Recruit sends mass email on your behalf, so recipients will see the email as coming from your email address, but it’s being sent out of our email servers. Therefore, you’ll want to make sure that you’re only ever emailing valid email address and people who expect to receive emails from you. This will help to ensure your highest rates of deliverability.
To send an individual or transactional email:
- Navigate to the corresponding Datasheet and click on the address you’d like to email
OR
- Navigate to the Email in the Main Navigation Bar
- Click the New Email button in the top right corner of the Email Dashboard
