Sending a Mass Email
Top Echelon Recruiting Software’s emailer allows you to send outgoing emails right from the database. You can send these emails individually, or in a mass recruiting email format. Sending mass emails from the software allows you to stay in front of your candidates and contacts, all while increasing your chances of making more placements.
As a safety net, Top Echelon Recruiting Software will not allow you to send more than one mass email to the same address in a 4 hour period. This helps prevent accidental successive emails to the same candidate or contact in a single day, helping email deliverability.
To send a Mass Email from Top Echelon Recruiting Software:
- Navigate to a list of search results, a Hotlist, or a Pipeline
- Select the records you wish to email using the checkboxes to the left of each name
- OR select the top top box to select ALL records in your list
- Click to expand the action icon at the top of the list and select Email
- A New Email window will appear placing the email addresses of all selected records under the Recipients field
- If the email is being sent to 11 or more recipients (or originating from a list), it will automatically be set to the Mass Email Type
- This means that the messages will be sent individually, so the recipients never see that they’re part of a larger group
- If the email is being sent to 11 or more recipients (or originating from a list), it will automatically be set to the Mass Email Type
- Click the Send Email button after your email is composed and ready to send
Please note: Top Echelon Recruiting Software sends mass email on your behalf, so recipients will see the email as coming from your email address, but it’s being sent out of our email servers. Therefore, you’ll want to make sure that you’re only ever emailing valid email address and people who expect to receive emails from you. This will help to ensure your highest rates of deliverability.
