Changing the Main Contact

The main contact in TE Recruit has the rights to the data and is the ultimate decision maker in regards to your account.

Note: only the existing main contact on an account has permission to switch that designation to another active user

To change the main contact on your account:

  • The current main contact will want to expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon 
  • Click to expand the My Agency section and then select Agency Profile

  • Select the appropriate user (that you wish to make the new main contact) from the Owner/Main Contact drop-down

  • Once you’ve selected the appropriate user, click the Save Agency button in the bottom left corner of the page
  • Review the confirmation details and click the Confirm button to make the main contact switch
    • Note: once the change is confirmed, only the new main contact will have the ability to change the main contact designation moving forward
