Deleting a Hotlist

Hotlists are like online filing cabinets where you can store and categorize records. The Hotlist function gives recruiters quick and easy access to custom lists of People, Company, or Job Order records.

If you wish to delete a Hotlist from your database, please note:

• Deleting Hotlists is a permanent action and cannot be undone
• The ability to delete Hotlists is restricted to only those users that have the proper permissions

To delete a Hotlist:

• Navigate to the corresponding Hotlist record
  • You’ll first want to double-check to make sure you are on the right record prior to taking action
• Click the Edit/Delete link in the top left corner of the page, under the Hotlist title

• Click the Delete link at the top of the edit page, to the right of the Hotlist title

• Click Delete when prompted if you are sure that you want to delete this Hotlist
