Closing Jobs in a Mass Format

When you need to close Jobs in a mass format, you can perform that action from a list of Job Order Search Results or a Jobs Hotlist.

Taking this action will change all selected Job records to a status of Closed. Please note that once this action is complete, Jobs can only be reopened on a per-record basis.

To close Jobs in a mass format:

• Navigate to a list of Job Search Results or a Jobs Hotlist
• Select the checkboxes to the left of the Jobs you wish to close
  • Checking the top box will select all Jobs within that list

• Click to expand the action icon at the top of the list
• Select Close Jobs

• When prompted, click the Confirm button if you are sure you want to change the status of selected jobs to Closed
