Opting Your Firm’s Resumes into the Network Candidates Database

By opting in to the Network Candidates Database, you have the opportunity to have every current resume in your Top Echelon Recruiting Software database searched by Network Trading Partners in a blinded fashion.

The Recruiter conducting the keyword search will NOT be able to view your resumes. They will only see the location, present and past position titles, education, resume added date, and a standard list of skills detected by the parser, along with your name and contact information. The Recruiter then has the ability to request that you share the candidate with them.

Please note that only the Main Contact on your account has the ability to opt your resumes in or out of the Network Candidates Database.

To opt-in to the Network Candidates Database:

• Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon 
• Click to expand the Top Echelon Network section and then select Network Candidates Database

• On the Network Candidate Database page, under Network Candidate Options, check the box for Yes, I want my firm’s resumes in the TEN Candidates Database
  • Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for all resumes to be indexed and shown in Network Candidate results
