Automations Log

This feature is only available on the Professional Tier

Automations are a great way to automate common tasks and streamline your workflow in Top Echelon Software. The Automations Log provides a quick and easy way to view automations that have been scheduled to be sent at a future date and time. Any failed automations will also be listed here. 

Only users with Manage Automations permissions will see all scheduled and failed Automations agency-wide. However, users will always see their own Automations displayed in this table. 

Accessing the Automations Log

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon 
  • Click to expand the My Agency section and then select Automations Log

When you have scheduled email Automations, the Automations Log can also be accessed via the sidebar on the Email Dashboard

The Automations Log contains several columns. By default, the Automations Log will be sorted by the Triggered Date column. However, you have the ability to sort the table by any column.

The date and time of any future Automations are set for can be viewed in the Scheduled For column. You also have the option to delete any scheduled Automations by clicking the trash can icon in the corresponding row.

In the case of Automations that could not be completed, hovering over the (Failed) text in the Status column will display more information on why the Automation was unable to be completed.
