Automations: Move to Hotlist Category Trigger

"Move to Hotlist Category" is one of several available Triggers when creating an Automation. Selecting this option will set an action to occur when a candidate is added to a specific, custom Hotlist Category.

Adding to a new Automation

• Open the Create New Automation window
• Select Move Hotlist Category from the Trigger drop-down menu

• Click a button to the right of Type to select either a Person, Company, or Job type Hotlist

• Select the desired Hotlist
  • Note: Only Hotlists that are shared with ALL users will be selectable

• Select which Hotlist Category from the above Hotlist you'd like to use for your Trigger

Once the Automation is configured, it will be visible to and activated for all users in your agency. All users, regardless of permissions, would be able to complete the associated Action when they move any candidates into the configured Hotlist Category.
