Automations: Move to Hotlist Category Trigger

This feature is only available on the Professional Tier

When creating an Automation, you'll have the ability to select Move to Hotlist Category as an available Trigger. Selecting this option will set an action to occur when a candidate is added to a specific, custom Hotlist Category.

To add the Move to Hotlist Category Trigger to an Automation:

  • Click a button to the right of Type to select either a Person, Company, or Job Hotlist

  • Select which Hotlist Category from the above Hotlist you'd like to use for your Trigger

  • Once the Automation is configured, it will be visible to and activated for all users in your agency.
  • All users, regardless of permissions, would be able to complete the associated Action when they move any candidates into the configured Hotlist Category
