Microsoft Integration (Outlook)

Integrating your Microsoft account with TE Recruit will allow you to send standard mail directly from your Microsoft/Outlook account, rather than from Top Echelon’s email servers.

This integration also allows you to sync events created in your external calendar with your TE Recruit Planner. During the integration process, you will have the choice of which external calendars you wish to sync, in the event that you utilize multiple.

To integrate your Microsoft account with TE Recruit:

• Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the page and click on the Settings icon 
• Click to expand the Addons & Integrations section and then select Microsoft Integration

• Click the Integrate with Microsoft button in the top left corner of the page

• This will open a new window where you can authorize the integration
• Start by selecting the account you wish to connect to TE Recruit

• Review the terms and click the Yes button to allow the app to access your info

• Once you’ve completed the integration steps, you’ll notice that all standard mail will be sent from your corresponding Microsoft account and will therefore show in your sent items folder in Outlook
  • Mass emails will continue to be sent from TE Recruit’s email servers, and will not show in Outlook
  • Standard mail will also be logged to the related TE Recruit records and will also show in TE Recruit's sent items folder
  • Responses will continue to flow to your Microsoft inbox as normal
    • Log incoming incoming emails back to TE Recruit using the Outlook Add-in or your unique log address
• You’ll also see the associated Microsoft calendars populate on the Integration page
  • Choose which calendar(s) you wish to sync with TE Recruit’s Planner by setting the corresponding toggle(s) to Yes
