Automations: Disqualify from Pipeline Stage Trigger

"Disqualify from Pipeline Stage" is one of several available Triggers when creating an Automation. Selecting this option will set an action to occur when a candidate is marked as Disqualified in either a specific Pipeline Stage or in any Pipeline Stage.

Adding to a new Automation

• Open the Create New Automation window
• Select Disqualify from Pipeline Stage from the Trigger drop-down menu 

• Use the Pipeline Stage drop-down menu to select which stage you would like to trigger the action
  • Selecting "All stages" means the associated action will be triggered regardless of the candidate's current stage
  • Pipeline Stages are customizable. You can use any of your existing stages or create a new one specifically for your Automation

Once the Automation is configured, it will be visible to and activated for all users in your agency. All users, regardless of permissions, would be able to complete the associated Action when they disqualify candidates in the configured pipeline stage(s).
