Automations: Disqualify from Pipeline Stage Trigger

When creating an Automation, you'll have the ability to select Disqualify from Pipeline Stage as an available Trigger. Selecting this option will set an Action to occur when a candidate is marked as Disqualified in either a specific Pipeline Stage or in any Pipeline Stage.

To add the Disqualify from Pipeline Stage Trigger to an Automation:

• Open the Create New Automation window
• Select Disqualify from Pipeline Stage from the Trigger dropdown

• Use the Pipeline Stage dropdown to select which stage you would like to Trigger the Action
  • Selecting All Stages means the associated action will be triggered regardless of the candidate's current stage
  • Pipeline Stages are customizable. You can use any of your existing stages or create a new one specifically for your Automation

• Once the Automation is configured, it will be visible to and activated for all users in your agency
• All users, regardless of permissions, would be able to complete the associated Action when they disqualify candidates in the configured pipeline stage(s).
