Smart-TE: AI Search String Generator
This feature is only available on the Professional Tier
Smart-TE's AI Search String Generator will help you search your database for qualified candidates for any Job, using the Job Title and Description you already have.
NOTE: If you don't already have a complete Job Description, or you'd like to enhance or adjust what you do have, try the Smart-TE Job Description Generator!
When you're ready, you'll click the Smart-TE Search button on the Datasheet, and Smart-TE will carefully consider the Job Title and Description, and create and run an Advanced Search using boolean search strings in the Keyword and Job Title search fields.
The Job Title search string will include the existing Job Title, and several common synonymous titles. The Keyword string will include the most important qualifications from the Job Description: items like experience, skills, education, and more.
When the search is ready, you'll arrive at the People Advanced Search page, with both strings already "plugged in" to the correct fields, and search results ready for your review!
Getting Started
- Go to any Job Datasheet and make sure the Job Title and Description are clear and complete, and that you have saved any recent changes - you'll be leaving the Datasheet when you're ready to run a Search with Smart-TE.
- Locate the Job Actions card and click to Search with Smart-TE AI
If you don't see the Job Actions Card, you may need to enable it via the Card Settings icon at the upper left
- Smart-TE will carefully review the Job Title and Job Description, and start working on your Search.
You may click Cancel during this process to return to the Datasheet.
NOTE: We have asked Smart-TE to be thorough and thoughtful about the search terms it selects, so please be patient - this may take a moment.
When Smart-TE is done "thinking", you'll arrive at the People Advanced Search screen with the search criteria applied, and a list of matching candidates.
- You can easily review the search string contents on the left side of the page, and make any desired edits or tweaks directly in the Keyword and Job Title fields at the top.
You may also click Modify Search at the upper right to add or adjust any other Search criteria.
Once you've made any desired changes, simply click Search to run the search again with the adjusted criteria.
Once you are satisfied with your search results, you're ready to move Records into your Job Pipeline!
NOTE: Make sure to use Save Search if you'd like to run the same search again in the future!
