Sharing a Job on Social Media
TE Recruit's Job Board/Careers Page gives you the ability to post Jobs to your firm’s website and also share them to your corresponding social media accounts.
Once a Job is posted to your Job Board or Careers Page, you will also have the option to share it as a post or status update on LinkedIn, Facebook, and/or X (formerly known as Twitter). There are two places where you can share a job to social media within TE Recruit:
Please note that you will need to connect your LinkedIn account in TE Recruit before sharing a Post on that site for the first time. For Facebook and X, you will enter your credentials when you choose to Share a Job.
When you share a Post on LinkedIn, it will appear on the Posts tab/Activity feed of your connected LinkedIn account. This integration will not enable you to list a Job on the account's Jobs tab.

Option #1: Share a Job from the Jobs Dashboard
- Navigate to the Jobs Dashboard and locate the Job you want to share
- In the Advertising column to the far right, select the gray “…” icon
- The Job Advertising Options window will appear
- In the Agency Job Board/Careers Page section, click on the Share link to the right of the desired Social Media option

If social posting options are not yet available, make sure the Job is posted to your Job Board or Careers Page

- In the corresponding pop-up window, enter your login credentials (if applicable) and then any additional details you wish to share
- If you don’t see the pop-up, you may need to disable your pop-up blockers for the site
- Click the Share button once complete
- Follow the same steps to share your Job to Facebook and/or X
Option #2: Share a Job from the Job Datasheet
- Navigate to the corresponding Job’s Datasheet and locate the Advertise card (shown below), or the Advertise pane in the Panel
- In the Agency Job Board/Careers Page section, click on the Share link to the right of the desired Social Media option
