The Professional Tier includes:

- 100 GB of storage space (vs 10 GB on the Standard tier)
- 10,000 monthly email limit (vs 5,000 on the Standard tier)
- Data backups once a week (vs once per month on the Standard tier)

Upgrading to Professional
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Billing section and then select Overview
- Click the Change to Professional link under TE Recruit
Downgrading to Standard
If you'd like to change your plan, you can downgrade to the Standard tier by following the same steps above and clicking the Change to Standard link.
When downgrading, your agency will lose access to all Pro Tier features as well as any related settings or customization. This change will also cancel all scheduled messaging tied to Pro Tier functionality. - any emails or messages scheduled for future delivery will be canceled and will not be sent.
