Automations: Move to Pipeline Stage Trigger

Move to Pipeline is one of several available Triggers when creating an Automation. Selecting this option will set an action to occur when a candidate is moved to a specific Pipeline Stage.

To Add the 'Move to Pipeline' Trigger to an Automation:

• Open the Create New Automation window
• Select Move to Pipeline Stage from the Trigger drop-down menu 

• Use the Pipeline Stage drop-down menu to select which stage you would like to trigger the Action
  • Pipeline Stages are customizable - you can use any of your existing stages or create a new one specifically for your Automation
  • If Inbox is selected, the Automation will not be triggered by nominations from the following external sources:
    • TE Recruit Job Board
    • TE Recruit Careers Page
    • Job Posting Integrations (Indeed, Monster Organic, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn)
    • TE Network

• Once the Automation is configured, it will be visible to and activated for all users in your agency. All users, regardless of permissions, would be able to complete the associated Action when they move any candidates into the configured pipeline stage.

Note: When a Send Email action is assigned to a Move To Pipeline Stage trigger, moving candidates in mass to a trigger Pipeline Stage will prompt individual emails to each of these candidates. These emails will count toward your email limit.
